1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2000 No. 1749 "About procedure for computation of time in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, Art. No. 49-50, 575) the following change and amendment:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Determine that the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is located in the 4th and 5th time zones. The border of time zones according to the administrative-territorial device of the republic passes between the Aktyubinsk region and the Kostanay region, the Aktyubinsk region and the Karaganda region, Kyzylorda area and the Karaganda region, Kyzylorda area and the Turkestan region.";
add with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. To akimat of Kyzylorda area in the night of December 20 for December 21, 2018 (at 00:00 o'clock) to change local time at o'clock.".
2. To the ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with akimat of Kyzylorda area to inform the population on procedure for computation of time in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from coming into force of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.
