DECIDES:

1. Determine that in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan computation of time, time reproduced, stored and transferred by the State primary standard and the frequency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is made on the international system of time zones.

2. No. 231 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 15.03.2005.

3. Apply the 5th time zone to all territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
