About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions"

Article 1. Part 4 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 12, 2013 as ZR-157-N "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions" (further - the Law) to recognize invalid.

Article 2. Regarding 1.1 articles 18 of the Law of the word "Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "Committee of state revenues under the Government of the Republic of Armenia", and in Appendix 9 of the word "Ministries of Finance of RA" - words of Committee of state revenues under the Government of RA".

Article 3. In Appendix 1 to the Law:

To add 1) after the line "the chief of Police under the Government of RA 12.00" with new line of the following content:

"the chairman of Committee of state revenues under the Government of RA 12.00";

To add 2) after the line "the first deputy chief of Police under the Government of RA 10.00" with new line of the following content:

"the first deputy chairman of Committee of state revenues under the Government of RA 10.00";

To add 3) after the line "the deputy chief constable under the Government of RA 8.50" with new line of the following content:

"the vice-chairman of Committee of state revenues under the Government of RA 8.50".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
