Bring in the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2014 No. 162 "About approval of Rules of conducting theological examination" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10184, it is published on February 23, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:
in the Rules of conducting theological examination approved by the specified order:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Conducting theological examination (further – examination) is provided with Committee of public consent of the Ministry of social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – authorized body).";
appendix to Rules of conducting theological examination, the application form to state in edition according to appendix to this order.
2. To committee of public consent of the Ministry of social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
