Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on the All-Russian sports complex "It Is Ready to Work and Defense" (GTO) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 11, 2014 No. 540 "About approval of the Regulations on the All-Russian sports complex "It Is Ready to Work and Defense" (GTO)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 25, Art. 3309; 2016, No. 2, Art. 382; 2017, No. 5, Art. 820).

1. In Item 8:
a) the paragraph one after words of "readiness of the population" to add with words ", including disabled people and persons with limited opportunities of health,";
b) "The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation" to add paragraph two after words with words ", the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation".
2. Add Item 9 with the subitem "v" of the following content:
"c) determine the level of development of physical qualities of disabled people and persons with limited opportunities of health.".
3. State Item 10 in the following edition:
