In item 4 (1) Regulations on implementation by federal executive bodies of functions and powers of the founder of the federal autonomous institution approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 10, 2007 No. 662 "About approval of the Regulations on implementation by federal executive bodies of functions and powers of the founder of federal autonomous institution" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 42, Art. 5056; 2014, No. 52, Art. 7775):
