About modification of some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning application of the term "person with disability" and derivative of it
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):
The word "disabled people" shall be replaced with words 1) in Article 56 part three "persons with disability";
2) in Article 61 part three the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability";
3) in paragraph one of part two of Article 172 of the word of "handicapped child" shall be replaced with words "the child with disability".
2. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):
1) in Article 92 part two Item the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability";
To replace 2) in part one of Article 208 of the word of "disabled people" and "handicapped children" respectively with words of "persons with disability" and "children with disability".
3. In the text of the Economic code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, Art. No. No. 18-22, 144) the word "disabled person" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "person with disability" in the corresponding case and number.
4. In the Civil code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, Art. No. No. 40-44, 356):
Article 1200 part one in paragraph five the word to "disabled people" shall be replaced with words 1) to "persons with disability";
2) in Article 1252 part one the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability".
