1. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2008 No. 72-p "About approval of Rules of use of retirement benefits and public social benefits of the disabled people living in the public medico-social institutions" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5193, it is published in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 8 of August 15, 2008).
2. To provide to social services department of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) the direction of the copy of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction in one copy of its copy in printing and electronic type in the state and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) the direction for publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
4) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
