About entering of amendments and changes into the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2016 No. 205
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2016 No. 205 "About approval of the State program "Environmental protection and steady use of natural resources" for 2016-2020" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 24.03. 2016, 5/41827; 29.11. 2016, 5/42973; 27.10. 2017, 5/44328) following amendments and changes:
1.1. the paragraph third Item 2 after the word of Belarus to add with words ", Belneftekhim concern;
1.2. in the State program "Environmental protection and steady use of natural resources" for 2016-2020 approved by this resolution:
1.2.1. in Chapter 3 part five:
after the paragraph of third to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"category C1 oils + C2 in amount of 1,67 of one million t in 2018 and 1,70 of one million t in 2019-2020;";
to consider paragraphs of the fourth or eighth respectively paragraphs the fifth or ninth;
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"fresh waters of 45 thousand CBM a day annually;";
1.2.2. in part two of Chapter 5 of the word "343 983 788 rubles" shall be replaced with words "553 656 209, 82 rubles";
1.2.3. the twenty fourth Chapter 6 to state part in the following edition:
"The total amount of financing of the subprogramme 1 will constitute 310 974 531, the 6th ruble, including at the expense of means of the republican budget - 65 166 837, the 6th ruble, at the expense of means of the organizations - 245 807 694 rubles.";
1.2.4. in Chapter 7:
the nineteenth after words of "social and economic development" to add part with the words "The Republic of Belarus for the Period";
the twenty second to state part in the following edition:
"The national strategy of sustainable social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for the period till 2030 in the field of preserving water capacity of the country by increase in efficiency of use and improvement of quality of water resources in interrelation with requirements of society and possible climate change establishes decrease by 2020 for 40 percent to the level of 2015 of dumping of not enough purified sewage into superficial water objects.";
in part twenty seventh:
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"automation of meteorological observations to 92 percent;";
to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"achievement of value of index of dumping of not enough purified sewage into water objects of 60 percent to the level of 2015.";
the twenty eighth to state part in the following edition:
"On financing of complex of actions of the subprogramme 2 it will be required 80 463 838, the 7th ruble, including:
80 334 838, the 7th ruble - means of the republican budget;
129 000 rubles - own means of the organizations.";
1.2.5. the sixteenth Chapter 8 to state part in the following edition:
"On financing provided in the subprogramme 3 complexes of actions it will be required 22 794 131, the 12th ruble, including:
1 067 102, the 5th ruble - means of the republican budget;
21 627 028, 62 rubles - means of local budgets;
100 000 rubles - own means of the organizations.";
1.2.6. in Chapter 9:
regarding the eighteenth:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"preparation of 21 ideas of the announcement of OOPT;";
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"preparation of 418 ideas of the OOPT transformation;";
the twentieth to state part in the following edition:
"On financing provided in the subprogramme 4 complexes of actions it will be required 22 520 169, 1 ruble, including:
18 250 790, 1 ruble - means of the republican budget;
3 374 779 rubles - means of local budgets;
817 600 rubles - own means of the organizations;
77 000 rubles - means of the international technical assistance.";
1.2.7. the nineteenth Chapter 10 to state part in the following edition:
"On financing of the 5th complex of actions provided in the subprogramme 3 rubles will be required 15 266 371,, including:
5 512 571, 3 rubles - means of the republican budget;
9 646 800 rubles - own means of the organizations;
107 000 rubles - means of the international technical assistance.";
1.2.8. the twenty first Chapter 10-1 to state part in the following edition:
"On financing of the 6th complex of actions provided in the subprogramme it will be required 81 815 386, the 6th ruble, including:
17 912 820, 2 rubles - means of the republican budget;
63 902 566, 4 rubles - means of local budgets.";
1.2.9. 1, 3-9 to this State program to be reworded as follows appendices (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
