According to part three of article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market", to part two Items 37-5, 38 of Article 7, to Items 2, of the 13th article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Provision of rather prudential standard rates of professional activity in the stock market and requirements to risk management system approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 1, 2015 No. 1597, No. 1311/27756 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 28, 2015 (with changes), such changes:

1) in the Section III:

add Chapter 1 with new Item of the following content:

"3. Dealers in securities which for the first time grants the license for implementation of professional activity in the stock market - activities for the securities trading when calculating the standard rate of adequacy of the regulatory capital and the standard rate of adequacy of the capital of the first level before the termination of the first complete financial year from date of issue of the license do not calculate the size of the requirement to the capital of organization under operational risk.";
