1. Approve the Procedure for calculation and entering into the government budget of rent payment for transportation of oil and oil products by trunk oil pipelines and nefteproduktovoda, transit transportation by natural gas pipelines and ammonia the territory of Ukraine which is applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. Determine that the amounts of rent payment for transportation of oil and oil products trunk oil pipelines and nefteproduktovoda, transit transportation by natural gas pipelines and ammonia the territory of Ukraine in connection with their recalculation for the period from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of March 25, 2005 N2505-IV "About Introduction of Amendments to the Law of Ukraine " about the Government Budget of Ukraine for 2005 " and Some Other Legal Acts" about day of entry into force of this resolution join in tax the obligation of that month under report in which this resolution becomes effective.
