About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About safety of foodstuff"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 21, 2014 ZR-135-N "About safety of foodstuff" (further - the Law):
Item 1 of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1) authorized body - Inspection security service of foodstuff;";
To add 2) with part 2 following of content:
"2. The policy of the Government in the field of safety of foodstuff is developed by the relevant ministry.".
Article 2. In the Law of the word "Government of the Republic of Armenia" in the corresponding case forms to replace with the word "Government".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.
