About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About regulatory legal acts"

Article 1. ZR-180-N "About regulatory legal acts" after the words "body of system of public administration" to add part 2 of article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of March 21, 2018 with words ", except for the legal act governing the tax and customs relations or official explanations according to the order of the Government which are provided by the state body authorized by the Government, performing state regulation in the field of finance in the procedure established by it".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
