About modification of the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of provision in use of geological information resources" of March 17, 2014 No. 144

1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of provision in use of geological information resources" of March 17, 2014 No. 144 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of provision in use of geological information resources approved by the above-stated Resolution:

- in all text of the word "on realization of state policy" to exclude;

- state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:

"1. This Provision determines procedure and conditions of provision in use of geological information resources.

2. According to article 16 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About subsoil" geological information resources are available and paid.

Two access levels to geological information resources are established:

1) fact-finding - studying of geological information, without carrying out of data carriers out of limits of premises of the State geological information fund and copying;

2) user, allowing electronic or paper copying of the documents containing more detailed geological information, except for the geological information which is property of the acting subsoil users.";

- to declare paragraph two of Item 6 invalid.

2. This Resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
