About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police"

Article 1. ZR-401-N "About service in police" (further - the Law) to add article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of July 3, 2002 with part 8 of the following content:

"8. In case of release from service in police on the basis, stipulated in Item 11.3 parts 1 of article 45 of this Law, the order on assignment to persons of rank it is declared invalid.".

Article 2. In article 11 of the Law:
