1. The fifth Item 1 of the resolution to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Standard provision on the center of social psychological recovery".
2. In Standard regulations on the center of resocialization of drug-addicted youth approved by the specified resolution:
The name of the Standard provision to state 1) in the following edition:
"STANDARD PROVISION on the center of social psychological recovery";
Items 1 and 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. The center of social psychological recovery (further - the center) is specialized agency of social protection in which on a voluntary basis temporarily there are persons who received medical treatment dependence on drugs or psychotropic substances in healthcare institutions and need receipt of social services taking into account their requirements and the principle of providing the equal rights and opportunities of men and women (further - persons who need receipt of social services).
