About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police"

Article 1. In article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of July 3, 2002 ZR-401-N "About service in police" (further - the Law):
To exclude 1) from Item 6 of the word "cash allowance";
To add 2) with Item 6.1 of the following content:
"6.1. receipt of equivalent remuneration for service;".
Article 2. To state article 21 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 21. Remuneration of the employee of police
1. Each employee of police (in the cases established by this Law, the services of police which are also in personnel reserve) has the right to remuneration.
2. The relations connected with remuneration of employees of police are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions".".
Article 3. In article 22 of the Law:
To replace 1) in heading and the text of the word "Benefits" and "benefits" respectively with the words "Monetary assistance" and "monetary assistance";
2) after words are "established" to be added with words "the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On remuneration of persons holding the state positions"";
Article 4. From part 2 of article 29 of the Law the third offer to exclude.
Article 5. To recognize part 2 of Article 30 invalid.
Article 6. From part 3 of Article 31 the first offer to exclude.
Article 7. In article 31 of the Law of the word of "cash allowance" to replace with the word "remunerations".
Article 8. Part 5 of article 41 of the Law after the word "regulations". add with the new offer of the following content: "Encouragement, stipulated in Item 2 parts of 1 this Article, is applied according to the requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions".".
