Changes which are made to some Orders of the Government

1. In the Regulations on ecological funds approved by the Order of the Government No. 988/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 92-93, 962), to make the following changes:

1) in Item 10 the subitem g) to declare invalid;

2) in the subitem d) Item 12 the text "awarding of specialists who made the contribution to environmental protection, irrespective of departmental accessory" to exclude, and words "salary" shall be replaced with words "fee".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 381/2006 about payment terms of work of workers of the budget sphere (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 66-69, 431) to make the following changes:

Item 9 of notes to declare 1) in the table 1 of appendix No. 1 invalid;

The text "in the Section IV" to replace 2) in appendix No. 13 in Item 2 of notes with the text "for the social teacher, according to Item 3 of notes".

3. In the Order of the Government No. 650/2006 about compensation of the military personnel, the private and the commanding structure of bodies of national defense, state security, public order and law enforcement agencies, and also government employees with special status in system of penitentiary administration (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 91-94, 692) to make the following changes:
