About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application in the Kyrgyz Republic of excise stamps on the imported tobacco products and alcoholic beverages
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 1, 1997 "About additional measures for protection of business activity and streamlining of work of monitoring bodies" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for application in the Kyrgyz Republic of excise stamps on the imported tobacco products and alcoholic beverages.
2. The state customs inspection under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and to the business entities irrespective of patterns of ownership performing import of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic strictly to be guided by the Provision approved by this Resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the State customs inspection under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 8, 1996 No. 9 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application of excise stamps in the Kyrgyz Republic on production, import and realization of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages" and the Provision approved by the called Resolution regarding application of excise stamps in the Kyrgyz Republic on the imported alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
