1. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 2, 2011 No. 337 "About approval of the instruction for forming, acceptance and processing of electronic appeals of the physical persons and legal entities sent with use of the web portal of "the electronic government" to single system of electronic document management of state bodies" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under 7331, No. 27 published on January 24, 2012 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper (26846).
2. To committee of communication, informatization and information of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kazangap T. B.) provide:
1) the direction of the copy of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the direction of this order on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on supervising vice-the minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
