2. To department of state policy in information technology field of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Eleusizova K. B.) provide:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its official publication in mass media and placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, finishing it to data of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan - participants of the Single system of electronic document management.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sarsenova S. S.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

This Instruction for forming, acceptance and processing of electronic appeals of the physical persons and legal entities sent with use of the web portal of "the electronic government" to single system of electronic document management" (further - the Instruction) is developed according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About procedure for consideration of appeals of physical persons and legal entities", "About the electronic document and the electronic digital signature", "About informatization".

2. This Instruction disaggregates forming conditions, acceptance and processing of electronic appeals of the physical persons and legal entities sent with use of the web portal of "the electronic government" to single system of electronic document management.
