1. According to the procedure of cost recovery of medicines, approved by the specified resolution:
Item 2 paragraph two after the words "irrespective of pattern of ownership" to add 1) with the words "and physical persons entrepreneurs who obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice";
Paragraph one of Item 3 after words of "healthcare institution" to add 2) with the words "or surname, name and middle name of physical person entrepreneur which obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice";
Appendix to the Procedure after words of "healthcare institution" to add 3) with words "/surname, name and middle name of physical person entrepreneur which obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice".
