1. Make changes and addition to the Regulations on procedure for application of tax benefits for the companies attracting direct private foreign investments approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance, State Tax Committee and Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 9, 2016 No. 61, 2016-24, 121 (рег.№2822 of August 26, 2016) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 34, the Art. 407), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
