About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About military industrial complex"

Article 1. "About military industrial complex" (further - the Law) to state article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of March 25, 2015 to ZR-16-N in the following edition:

"Article 7. Military-industrial committee

1. The head runs military-industrial committee committee.

2. Military-industrial committee:

and. in project development of programs of long-term, medium-term and short-term state assistance to subjects of activities of military industrial complex;

. in project development of the state order for military needs and procedure for its forming;

century in project development of procedure for development and maintaining the summary list on subjects of activities of military industrial complex - implementations of system of cataloguing, and also registration of subjects of activities of military industrial complex in the summary list of military industrial complex;

in project development of methods of state regulation of the prices of military goods and property, special mechanisms of their application and procedure for determination of the price for placement of the state order for military needs;

in project development of procedure for quality control of accomplishment of the state order for military needs representation (representative) of the state customer;

e. in project development of procedure for development and maintaining the list of the material values used in military industrial complex, which are subject to accumulating in the state reserve;

. in project development of procedure for creation and maintaining unified information system of scientific, research and production and production achievements of the organizations of military industrial complex;

h. in project development of procedure for accomplishment of military special research and development works in the Republic of Armenia;

and. in project development of the main indicators of the state military order;
