About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About military industrial complex"

Article 1. Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of March 25, 2015 as ZR-15-N "About military industrial complex" (further - the Law) to recognize invalid.
Article 2. To state article 6 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 6. Government of the Republic of Armenia
1. Government of the Republic of Armenia:
1) is coordinated by activities of state bodies in the military-industrial sphere;

and. concept of military-industrial and military and technical policy;
. state program of development of military industrial complex;
century procedure for forming of the state order for military needs and the state order;
the list of the basic organizations performing the state order for military needs;
procedure for implementation of system of cataloguing - development and maintaining the summary list on subjects of activities of military industrial complex, and also registration of subjects of activities of military industrial complex in the summary list of military industrial complex;
e. methods of state regulation of the prices of military goods and property, special mechanisms of their application and procedure for determination of the price for placement of the state order;
. procedure for quality control of accomplishment of the state order for military needs representation (representative) of the state customer;
h. procedure for development and maintaining the list of the material values used in military industrial complex, which are subject to accumulating in the state reserve;
and. procedure for creation and maintaining unified information system of research and production achievements of the organizations of military industrial complex;
to. procedure for accomplishment of military special research and development works in the Republic of Armenia;
