1. Bring in the Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12 bidding (wholesale) "The report on amount of the wholesale turnover" approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2016 No. 87 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12 bidding (wholesale) "The report on amount of the wholesale turnover" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.07.2016, 7/3517), the following amendments and change:
to add part one of Item 1 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
"the legal entities, subordinates (who are part) to state bodies (organizations), and also the share (share in authorized funds) of which are in state-owned property and their separate divisions having separate balance for which wholesale trade is minor type of economic activity are transferred to the control to state bodies (organizations), with average number of workers for the calendar year preceding reporting, from 16 to 100 people inclusive.";
the second Item 3 to add part with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
"for the organizations for which wholesale trade is minor type of economic activity subordinate (being part) to state bodies (organizations), and also shares (share in authorized funds) of which are in state-owned property and are transferred to the control to state bodies (organizations), with average number of workers for the calendar year preceding reporting, from 16 to 100 people inclusive.";
