1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12 bidding (wholesale) "The report on amount of the wholesale turnover" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January, 2017;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12 bidding (wholesale) "The report on amount of the wholesale turnover" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for January, 2017.
2. The Item is excluded according to the Resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 16.08.2019 No. 80
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities performing wholesale trade according to Item 1 of the Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12 bidding (wholesale) "The report on amount of the wholesale turnover" approved by this resolution.
