I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 5, 2013 No. 689 "About approval of Rules of use of the special automated measuring means" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8788, it is published on December 5, 2013 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper No. 330 (27604) the following changes and amendment:
in Rules of use of the special automated measuring means approved by the specified order:
add item 4 with subitem 2-1) of the following content:
"2-1) incorrect journey through the special automated measuring means – journey of vehicles through the special automated measuring means with arrival or crossing of firm line of marking, movement driving into the oncoming lane, journey of vehicles with violation of the high-speed mode, with unreadable or with the state registration registration plates established out of the provided places, without registration registration plates, with braking, acceleration or stop in weighing zone.";

"6-1. In case of determination of weight parameters of vehicles the measurement error depending on type of design of road clothes which is automatically subtracted by information and analytical system of the transport database and monitoring of dynamics of safety of transportations (further – IAS TBD) from the measured value of mass of the vehicle is considered.
In case of tough road clothes the error of measurement constitutes: from the mass of vehicles – 5%, from load of single axis of vehicles – 10%, from load of adjacent axis with quantity more than three axes, dual and stroyenny axes of the cargo, specialized and special equipment vehicle, the dump truck, the bus, trail cars or semitrailer trucks – 10%;
