In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 11, 2018 No. UP-5409 "About Measures for Further Reducing and Simplification of Licensed and Allowing Procedures in the field of Business Activity, and also to Improvement of Conditions of Business" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 17, 2018 No. PP-3672 "About measures for the organization of activities of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Recognize invalid Items 126 and 127 of the List of documents of the allowing nature in the field of business activity approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 15, 2013 No. 225 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 8, the Art. 55).
3. To the ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.
