About modification of the Instruction about the organization of consideration of addresses and personal reception of citizens in the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, 15 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About addresses of citizens" and for the purpose of improvement of the organization of work with addresses of citizens the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Instruction about the organization of consideration of addresses and personal reception of citizens in the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 1, 2018 No. 18, the following changes:

1) in Item 20 of the Section II of the word of "disabled people of the Great Patriotic War" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability owing to war";

Item 31 of the Section III after the first paragraph to add 2) with the new paragraph the second the following content:

"The National Bank in case of need sends written requests to banks of Ukraine within five days from the date of receipt (registration) of the address of the citizen with indication of the term of provision of the answer to National Bank no later than in ten days after sending request.".
