About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In the second paragraph of part 2 of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 24, 1997 "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) number "67" to replace ZR-137 with number "93".
Article 2. In articles 27 and 31 of the Law of the word "four-year-old" to replace with the word "five-year-old".
Article 3. In the third paragraph of the subitem "v" of Item 2 of part 1 of article 28.2 of the Law shall be replaced with words the word "obligatory" "established for the purpose of the decision obligatory the back own".
Article 4. In part 9 of article 32 of the Law:

Article 5. To state article 35 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 35. Reporting of accomplishment of the local authority budget
1. The head of municipality quarterly, to the 15th following reporting quarter represents messages on accomplishment of the budget to the Council of Elders of municipality and the corresponding governor. The head of municipality represents the message specified in this part, in the format established by authorized state body.
