About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of execution of punishments
For the purpose of realization of part 2 of article 15 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enforcement of the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses, the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Penitentiary code of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of amnesty and procedure for its application", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the approval of regulations of daily allowance, regulations of replacement, Rules of application and regulations of replacement of daily allowance condemned to imprisonment and also persons containing in pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 8, 2008 No. 42 the following changes:
in regulations of daily allowance of convicts to imprisonment, and also persons containing in the pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated Resolution:
- add with regulation No. 1-1 of daily allowance of persons exempted from corrective labor colonies of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic in edition according to appendix 1 to this Resolution;
- to state the name of regulation No. 4 in the following edition:
"Regulation No. 4 of daily allowance of the minors containing in educational colonies and also disabled people of I and II groups containing in pre-trial detention centers, corrective labor colonies and prisons of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic";
