About modification of the Regulations on measures for ensuring execution of the federal budget

Bring in the Regulations on measures for ensuring execution of the federal budget approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2017 No. 1496 "About measures for ensuring execution of the federal budget" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 51, the Art. 7807), the following changes:
a) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 07.08.2019 No. 1029
b) state Item 24 in the following edition:
"24. Transfer from the federal budget, for the purpose of financial provision or joint financing of which such interbudget transfers, and also expenses of local budgets if interbudget transfers from the federal budget are provided to the budget of the subject of the Russian Federation for financial provision or joint financing of execution of payment commitments of the subject of the Russian Federation on providing financial support to local budgets for the purpose of accomplishment of powers by local government bodies concerning local value are provided to the budget of the subject of the Russian Federation of interbudget transfers for the purpose of compensation of the expenses of the budget of the subject of the Russian Federation made in the current financial year, it is performed after check by the Federal Treasury in the procedure for the documents confirming implementation of expenses according to the budget of the subject of the Russian Federation, the local budget established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.".
