Approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of August 1, 2018 No. 785
1. In the Order of the Government No. 409/2014 about approval of the National strategy of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone for 2014-2020 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 152, of the Art. 451) to make the following changes:
1) in the resolution:
a) in Items 2-4 of the word "Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and environmental protection" in the corresponding case;
b) add with the subitem of 31 following contents:
"31. To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and environmental protection to develop and provide to the Government at the end of the Strategy implementation period the final estimative report.";
Appendix to state 2) in the following edition:

In the Order of the Government No. 742/2015 about approval of the Action plan on implementation of the National strategy of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone for 2014-2020 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 297-300, 835) to make the following changes:
1) in Items 3-5 of the word "Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and environmental protection" in the corresponding case;
