About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the notification on activities implementation"

Article 1. "About the notification on activities implementation" (further - the Law) to state article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 13, 2015 to ZR-120-N in the following edition:

"Article 10. Notification forms, procedure for registers of accounting of persons performing the activities which are subject to the notification, publications of the these persons staying on the registry

Notification forms, procedure for maintaining electronic registers of accounting of persons performing the activities which are subject to the notification and publications of the these persons staying on the registry, provisions of information from electronic registers and the list of free of charge using state bodies establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. In article 12 of the Law:

Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. The body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia keeps the unified electronic register of accounting of persons performing the activities which are subject to the notification (further - the electronic register) which consists of electronic registers of accounting of the persons performing the activities which are subject to the notification, conducted by authorized bodies.";
