1. This Law regulates the types of activity which are subject to the notification and the relations connected with the activities which are subject to the notification.
1. The relations the notification on implementation of activities in the Republic of Armenia are governed by the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia, this Law, international treaties of the Republic of Armenia and other legal acts.
2. The types of activity in the field of electronic communications which are subject to the notification are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About electronic communications".
1. In this Law the following concepts are used:
1) the notification – in the procedure established by the Law, the notification to authorized body about implementation of the activities which are subject to the notification
2) the type of activity which is subject to the notification – type of activity for which implementation, under the law, the notification is required,
3) person performing the activities which are subject to the notification – legal entity or physical person or the individual entrepreneur, and also the public or communal institution which, in the procedure established by the law, provided the notification and the right to implementation of the activities which are subject to the notification was not rejected in the procedure established by the law,
4) accounting of persons performing activities, subject to the notification - the process connected taking into account persons performing the activities which are subject to the notification
