About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the notification on activities implementation"

Article 1. Regarding the 4th article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 13, 2015 "About the notification on activities implementation" (further - the Law) the words "realization turnover" shall be replaced with words ZR-120-N "the turnover of realization estimated according to the procedure, established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia as regards all types of activity corresponding to it the total amount of the VAT and the excise tax".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 23 of the Law with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Compensation of damage in the amount of the amount of the state fee is not levied in the cases provided by part 4 of Article 18 and part 4 of article 22 of this Law.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
