About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About inspection bodies"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 21, 2017

Article 1. "About inspection bodies" to state part 2 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 17, 2014 to ZR-254-N in the following edition:

"2. For the purpose of implementation of the powers performed at the time of entry into force of this Law by the bodies exercising control, operating in system of the executive authority, inspection bodies can be created to assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
