I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 24, 2007 No. 244 "About approval of Rules of issue of the duplicate and cancellation of the original (the certified copy) of the lost or damaged title document" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 4939, published in 2007 in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, No. 10) the following changes:
The rules of issue of the duplicate and cancellation of the original (the certified copy) of the lost or damaged title document approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
