1. Activities for carrying out oil operations with use of artificial islands, dams, constructions and installations are subdivided into the following four stages:
project development on construction (installation) and operation;
construction (installation) of object;
operation of object;
object conclusion from operation (liquidation, preservation), reshaping.
2. The procedure stated in this Provision determines requirements and necessary actions of legal entities and physical persons, central and local authorities of public administration and supervision, the organizations at stages of implementation of oil operations after the conclusion of the contract for carrying out oil operations according to the obtained license.
