About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About temporary disability benefits and to motherhood"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 27, 2010 "About temporary disability benefits and to motherhood" (further - the Law) words "the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the income tax" "shall be replaced with words" ZR-160-N the tax code of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. In article 4 of the Law:
Item 2 of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2) business owners and notaries (further - persons which independently provided themselves with work), except as specified, established by this Law.";
2) part 2, and also part 1 of article 5 after the words "income tax" to add with words "(income tax)";
To add 3) with parts 3.1 and 3.2 of the following content:
"3.1. To person which independently provided itself with work, the temporary disability benefit established by this Law is not given if temporary disability arose:
1) during the activities termination, established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia (during the period from the date of submission of the statement for the termination of activities about day of the renewal of activities specified in this statement or in the statement for activities renewal);
2) during stay only the subject of family entrepreneurship;
3) during use of the tax benefits established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About tax exemption of the activities performed in border settlements" or "About tax benefits of self-employed persons".
3.2. The benefit on motherhood established by this Law is given also to person which independently provided itself with work if temporary disability arose during the period, specified in part 3.1 of this Article.".
