About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About temporary disability benefits"

Article 1. ZR-160-N "About temporary disability benefits" (further - the Law) to add part 2 of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 27, 2010 with the new offer of the following content: "In the period of temporary disability of the military personnel and persons equated to them, employees of rescue service their cash or material allowances remain.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of the word "About Payments of Obligatory Social Security" shall be replaced with words "About the income tax".
Article 3. In article 4 of the Law:
Item 2 parts 1 after the words "entrepreneurs" to add 1) with the words "except for the individual entrepreneurs paying patent payment, performing the types of activity included in the Appendix N 1 to the Law of the Republic of Armenia " about patent payments "";
2) regarding 2 words "Made payments of compulsory social insurance (further - social payments) shall be replaced with words "the paid income tax".
Article 4. Regarding 1 article 5 of the Law of the word "made social payments" shall be replaced with words "the paid income tax".
Article 5. To recognize part 3 of article 6 of the Law invalid.
Article 6. Regarding 1 article 15 of the Law of the word "since second working day" shall be replaced with words "in accordance with general practice".
Article 7. In article 22 of the Law:
