About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts in the field of state registration of acts of civil status
According to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, for the purpose of simplification of procedure for provision of administrative services in the field of state registration of acts of civil status I ORDER:
1. Determine that administrative services in state registration of scrap, annulments of marriage according to the general statement of matrimony which has children, changes of name, modification of assembly records of civil status their recoveries and cancellations can be provided through the centers of provision of administrative services created according to the Law of Ukraine "About administrative services" which provide reception of applications on receipt of administrative services and issue of documents by results of their consideration in the cases provided by the rules of carrying out state registration of acts of civil status, modification of assembly records of civil status, their recovery and cancellation approved by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
