According to Item 119 of the Charter of the railroads of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1998 No. 457, to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 1, 2017 No. 64 "About recognition No. 209 which voided orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 9, 2012" I ORDER:
1. Item 3 of the Section I of the Instructions for use cars and containers approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of February 25, 1999 No. 113, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 15, 1999 for No. 165/3458 (with changes) to exclude.
2. To provide to department of state policy in the field of rail transport:
submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration in accordance with the established procedure;
promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Lavrenyuk Yu. F.
