Article 1. "About the service providing forced execution of court resolutions" (further - the Law) to state heading of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of February 18, 2004 to ZR-40-N in the following edition:
"About the service providing forced execution".
Article 2. In article 2 of the Law:
To replace 1) regarding 1 word "Forced … Court Resolutions" with the word "Forced";
2) the first offer of part 4 to declare invalid.
Article 3. Regarding the 2nd article 5 of the Law of the word "President of the Republic of Armenia" to replace with the word "Prime Minister"
Article 4. In the Law of the word "Government of the Republic of Armenia" in the corresponding case forms to replace with the word "Government".
Article 5. To state article 11 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 11. Position assignment in service of forced execution
1. Direct management of service of forced execution is performed by the main forced contractor.
2. To the positions specified in article 4 of this Law, forced contractors to position are appointed and dismissed by the main forced contractor.
3. The civil servant in service of forced execution appoints to position and the principal secretary of the relevant ministry according to the laws regulating civil service and other legal acts dismisses.".
