Article 1. In article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 6, 1995 "About citizenship of the Republic of Armenia" (further – the Law) the words "and before achievement of 16-year age-also the certificate of birth or the certificate confirming citizenship of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words ZR-16 "and before achievement of 16-year age of the document confirming citizenship of the Republic of Armenia it can not be required if the certificate of birth and documents of parents confirming citizenship of the Republic of Armenia is provided".
Article 2. In article 10 of the Law:
To add 1) in Item 2 of part 1 before the words "foreign citizen" with the words "constantly living in the Republic of Armenia", and in the same Item to replace number "2016" with number "2019";
Item 3 of part 1 to add 2) with the new offer of the following content: "Based on the same Item person acquires citizenship of the Republic of Armenia if in the procedure established by the law addressed and received the document confirming citizenship of the Republic of Armenia. In that case person is recognized the citizen of the Republic of Armenia from coming into force of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 6, 1995 to ZR-16.".
Article 3. In article 11 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 3 words "nationality of the child is determined from written consent of parents" "the child, irrespective of availability of nationality of other country, has the right to obtain citizenship of the Republic of Armenia from written consent of parents";
Item 3 of part 4 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3) if lives in the Republic of Armenia, and there is consent of one of parents.".
