About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the child's rights"

Article 1. In article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 29, 1996 "About the child's rights" (further - the Law) after words of "interests of the child" shall be replaced with words ZR-59 "vital interests of the child".
Article 2. To state the text of article 15 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article Each child has the right to support of the regular personal relations and direct contacts with the parents, except as specified, established by the Family code of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. The first offer of article 24 of the Law to state in the following edition:
"Children without parental support, are under care and protection of the state, they have right of defense, leaving, education and the help of the state and its relevant organs.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
