Article 1. "About the child's rights" to state article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 29, 1996 to ZR-59 in the following edition:
"Article 32. Protection of the rights of the child in special educational or mental health facilities
The child is sent to special educational facility by court on representation of local government bodies.
The child can be hospitalized in mental health facility without the consent of the legal representative only by the court verdict in the cases and procedure provided by the law.
The child who is in special educational or treatment-and-prophylactic or mental health facility has the right to respect, health protection, the corresponding education and professional training, appointments and correspondence with parents or other legal representatives, the family and other persons.
Task of special educational facility - the direction and re-education of the child.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
