About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning investment of means of pension accruals and temporarily available funds of the state corporation, state-owned company into securities

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning investment of means of pension accruals and temporarily available funds of the state corporation, state-owned company into securities.

2. Determine that:

a) in case of investment of means of the pension accruals delivered by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in trust management of the state-owned managing company and state-owned managing company of means of payable reserve, securities which are acquired before entry into force of this resolution at the expense of means of pension accruals as meeting the requirement about availability at the issuer (release) of securities or the legal entity whose solidary guarantee provides obligation fulfillment on such securities of the corresponding score of long-term creditworthness assigned by the international rating agency and (or) availability the acquired issue of securities has some of credit score on national rating scale for the Russian Federation, assigned by credit rating agency Analytical Credit Rating Agency (Joint-stock company), taking into account provisions of the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation operating on purchase date are subject to sale no later than 36 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution in case of absence at the issuer (release) of securities or the legal entity whose solidary guarantee provides obligation fulfillment on such securities, it is not lower than the A-(RU) level of credit score on national rating scale for the Russian Federation, assigned by credit rating agency Analytical Credit Rating Agency (Joint-stock company), and (or) it is not lower than the ruA-level on national rating scale for the Russian Federation, appropriated by credit rating agency Joint-stock company "Expert RA rating agency;
