Provision of pensions of the employee of Special investigative service, social security of the employee of Special investigative service and members of his family in case of recognition by the disabled person having restriction of capability to be engaged in labor activity 3 degrees or death as a result of the injury or mutilation received in case of execution of job responsibilities or in connection with their execution is performed according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social guarantees of persons holding the state positions.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2014.
